1. About These Terms
 

By accessing hallowedgroundtherapyaz.com and engaging with services offered by Hallowed Ground Therapy PLLC, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and current clients.
 

2. Not a Crisis Service
 

Hallowed Ground Therapy is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
 

Houston Hough is not available for after-hours crisis support.

3. Scope of Services
 

Hallowed Ground Therapy offers individual, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as intensives, consultation, and speaking services.
 

All clinical services are provided by Houston Hough, MA, LPC, NCC, licensed in the state of Arizona.
 

4. Telehealth
 

Virtual sessions are available to clients located in Arizona at the time of service.
 

By engaging in telehealth services, you consent to receiving therapy via secure, HIPAA-compliant video platforms and understand that virtual care has inherent limitations compared to in-person services.
 

5. Appointments & Cancellations
 

Standard session lengths are:

• Individual sessions: 50 minutes

• Couples sessions: 90 minutes
   

Clients may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before their scheduled session.
 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
 

6. Fees & Payment
 

Current session rates are:

• Individual sessions: $170

• Couples sessions: $185
   

Additional details:

• Payment is due at the time of service

• HSA and FSA cards are accepted

• Sliding scale options may be available upon request

• Superbills may be provided monthly for potential insurance reimbursement
   

Fees may change periodically and will be communicated in advance.
 

7. No Insurance Billing
 

Hallowed Ground Therapy operates as a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance companies directly.
 

Clients may choose to submit superbills to their insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Reimbursement decisions are made solely by the insurance provider and are not guaranteed.
