Individual Therapy

One-on-One Support Tailored to You

This is your space — to explore who you are, unearth what's underneath, and begin to understand what's been quietly running the show. Using a balance of insight and action, I draw from a variety of modalities including PARTs, Post-Induction Therapy (PIT), psychodrama, CBT, and DBT to help you not only understand why you feel the way you do, but how to create lasting change.

  • 50-minute sessions

  • In-person in Scottsdale or virtual evenings and Saturdays

Couples & Family Therapy

For Relationships Ready to Do the Real Work

Lack of emotional intimacy, betrayal, conflict avoidance, aggression, or feeling like you're always talking past each other — these are signs your relationship needs more space, not less. Together we'll get to the root of what's driving the disconnect and start building something healthier. 

  • 1.5-hour couples sessions

Intensives

When Weekly Sessions Aren't Moving the Needle

Sometimes an hour a week doesn't feel like the dial turns. Intensives (2+ hours) allow more time to get to the root cause and begin moving trauma out of the body — so you can stop circling the same ground and start making real movement forward.

Group Therapy

Sometimes the Most Powerful Healing Happens in Community

Groups are intentional, intimate, and capped at no more than 5 people. There is something uniquely powerful about being witnessed and understood by others who truly get it — and group therapy creates exactly that kind of sacred space.
